Hi, I'm Laura.
I'm a women's fitness coach with a degree in physiotherapy, specializing in strength training and body recomposition. I help women build muscle, get stronger, and shape their body through structured training programs designed for real, sustainable results.
My approach combines proper technique, progressive overload, and intelligent programming so women can train safely, build confidence in the gym, and see real physical changes.
